Located 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village, the property has been extensively updated & curated in 2022, with both modern & antique furnishings, to create a comfortable & warm environment for families and large groups. Whether staying indoors to play board games in front of the 2 wood burning fireplaces, cooking gourmet meals in the updated kitchen, watching movies & playing pool in the A-frame gameroom, soaking in the hot tub under the stars, or enjoying lake access, this property offers everyone something to enjoy.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The property is located in a quiet peaceful residential area in North Lake Arrowhead, surrounded by pine trees and offering privacy and an escape from the hectic city life. It is near Tavern Bay Beach Club and is 10 minutes away from both Lake Arrowhead Village & Blue Jay.

ADDITIONAL INFO/RULES

Please review additional info and rules to assure you have a stress-free stay!

  • In order to direct book, guests will need to email or text the following info:

    • Provide dates and number of guests and if bringing pets

    • If dates are available, we will send a rental agreement to sign, we require a driver’s license, 1/2 of your nightly stay upon booking, a $500 refundable deposit, and a $100 pet deposit if bringing a dog.

    Age requirement for booker is 25 or older

  • Occupancy is limited to ten people/ 5 cars at all times, *this includes visitors*. 4 cars can fit in the driveway and 1 car can fit in the dirt pad in front of the house. No street parking is allowed per county rules, and if fined, guests will be responsible for this fine.

  • Please be respectful of the quiet neighborhood and adhere to the county-wide noise curfew at 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Ignoring this can lead to possible eviction with no refund, as well as the cost of a fine if County Enforcement is called and a violation is received.

  • The property has a video Ring doorbell and 4 exterior cameras

    • Driveway to monitor cars

    • Front Door to monitor occupancy

    • Facing Street

    • Back Deck - cannot see hot tub

    The property does have an alarm system, if you would like to arm it at night, please let us know and we can provide you with a temporary code

  • Dogs (1 maximum) are permitted on prior approval of owners and will need to be added to reservation prior to check in.

    Our Pet fee is $100 one dog maximum. If anything is destroyed in the property, guests will be responsible for all damage. Some furnishings are vintage and non replaceable, so please make sure you are watching your pets and being respectful to the furnishings and property.

    Be aware that we are in a quiet residential area, and if excessive barking disturbs the neighbors, this may incur a noise fine from the county of San Bernardino.

  • Please only dispose of trash in trash cans in GARAGE, critters are known to knock over cans and can create a mess outside. Any trash left outside may incur a dump fee of $150, or possible fine by San Bernardino County which guests will be required to pay.

  • Lake Arrowhead Lake Access Rules:

    Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short term rental guests cannot access the Beach Clubs or Docks, however there are small beaches our guests can access, and guests can walk along the lake, or charter a boat through Mckenzie Water Ski School. Please contact us for more information on where to go to enjoy a sandy "beach day"! In order to access the lake, our local property manager will need to register you online, and you will need to visit the Lake Arrowhead Association in the Marina to receive wristbands that grant you lake access, which are $10 a day. Make sure to bring our Lake Passes!I

    Loss of Passes will incur a $30 fine per pass

  • No smoking of cigarettes or vaping is allowed on this property, inside the house or outside on the property. If our cameras do detect smoking, or if the cleaners smell smoke inside the house, guests will be charged additional cleaning fees.

  • We do allow guests to use our firewood, however please be respectful of the amount used. If we see that an excessive amount of our own wood has been used during your stay, we may charge a fee for replacement.

  • Events and Photoshoots are not allowed without written consent and additional fees
