China Fox is a thoughtful, insightful agent with an elevated sense of style, who brings to real estate a vast love of architecture and design from her years working in the Entertainment Industry as a Production Designer, Set Decorator, Propmaster and Stylist.  Having to constantly multitask, in high stress conditions, and deal with extreme personalities all the while keeping calm are skills she mastered in the film and television industry, dealing with Producers, Directors, and Actors, which now shape and help to define her as a leading real estate agent in Los Angeles.

Prior to entering the world of real estate, China had a successful career in the entertainment industry, working for all major film and television studios like Amblin Entertainment, Warner Brothers, and Universal Studios, on films such as Legally Blonde, Hancock, The Town, and Crazy Stupid Love. She also worked on long-running television shows like Alias, American Horror Story, Showtime’s Ray Donovan and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. She worked closely with every facet of production, including Studio executives, Producers, Directors, and Actors.  China also gained invaluable design and construction experience while assisting many talented art directors and production designers.

China now combines her design experience in the Entertainment Industry with her love of home design to help clients find their dream property. Clients appreciate her drive, artistic and creative energy, and her ability to deal with constant challenges, all the while providing superior customer service, amazing negotiation skills, and ensuring every detail is attended to, with the utmost confidence and discretion

China is a true LA native, having grown up in and around the most eclectic parts of Los Angeles: as a child growing up on the Eastside of Echo Park and then the Westside in Santa Monica, to an adult living all around the Fairfax District/Grove/Hollywood areas, over the hill to the Valley, and to the Palisades where she lives now with her husband and two boys. 

China also specializes in working with Production Companies and Producers, who are looking for long and short term leases for their above and below the line crew.
